Assembly Services
 We understand that in today's business climate clients want to purchase not just components but complete, packaged product assemblies. We have a full assembly department employing 30 assemblers to meet this need.
Generally, it makes more sense for stamping and assembly to take place at the same facility since stamped components are less likely to be damaged in shipping if they are in a completed assembly. Our clients have also found that contracting us to handle both stamping and assembly cuts down on overall lead time. Assembly and packaging services are customized to meet specific program requirements.
Another value added service that we provide is die consultation. If you have a die that is performing poorly or below a standard that you're comfortable with, we will bring the die in-house and perform a full die analysis to ascertain the problem or problems. From there we can either clean up the existing design or redesign the die to optimize its performance.
In addition, we have aligned ourselves with some of the industries finest platers and etchers.
