Sometimes, depending on the application, the tooling required to produce a sub .050" lead pitch product is best when scaled to multi out stations to satisfy capacity requirements. We have developed very unique proprietary processes to handle these part requirements. These processes allow us to go from producing prototype quantities to full production runs in the millions all in the same tooling platform. We also have the ability to inspect each lead live during a high speed production run with the use of today's latest technology in in-line inspection.
