First to Market

FTM is an accelerated print to part process. Generally turn around time on a production capable tool is a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks. We can design and build production tooling in as little as 2 weeks and at a substantially reduced cost through the use of specially designed and engineered universal die sets. When you enroll your product in our FTM program your upfront capital investment is paying for internal tooling specific to your part. Because you are only paying for the internal tooling we are able to use the highest quality materials to build that tooling while maintaining a cost to you that is at or often well below that of our competitors.

Your internal tooling is than mated to our universal die components for the purposes of running production. Unlike prototype tools, FTM is capable of part production in the billions. As a matter of fact we produced 800,000,000 parts for Intel's Pentium IV chip with this platform and passed all of their quality standards with flying colors.
