Metal Stamping
Although we are capable of stamping material thicknesses of .001" to .100" our core business tends to be fine pitch, complex, high volume parts with material thicknesses ranging from .004" to .025" We have vast experience with both ferrous and non-ferrous materials such as beryllium copper, phosphorous bronze, copper nickel silicone and stainless steel along with other various copper alloys. We use inline vision systems to ensure 100% defect-free product.
Our facility is currently 23,500 square feet. It was built in 1998 and was designed from the foundation up to optimize workflow and facilitate the smoothest transition possible from our design department to the tool room, from the tool room to the press room and finally from the press room to the shipping dock.
A good example of the forward thinking that went into the building's design is our 6,000 square foot tool room. A divider separates new die build from die maintenance to ensure that new tooling is never confused with existing tooling. We have 2 inspection labs located at different parts of the building because protecting our client's proprietary information is of the highest priority. Our wire room is climate controlled and maintains a constant temperature of 70 degrees + or - 1 degree and the entire facility is air conditioned. So, how does a well thought out facility benefit our clients? Simply put, superior efficiency translates to lower overhead. Lower overhead allows us to quote programs more aggressively.
