Pressroom
 In order to produce the highest quality components we run our award winning tools in 10, 20, 30 and 60 ton Bruderer presses exclusively. These presses handle dies up to 43" left to right and 24" front to back and are capable of speeds up to 1500 strokes per minute.
We stamp material thicknesses from .001" up to .100". Depending on our capacity needs we run 2 or 3 full shifts 6 days a week.
Based on 70% up time just one of our 30 ton presses is capable of making over 1.5 million hits a day.
