Low Volume Employing the latest in pressroom equipment we are able to program each tool in the press to reduce setup time. This reduction in setup translates into cost savings on low volume stamping. High Volume K S has a long history of producing high volume metal stampings at very competitive pricing. It is our innovation and commitment to continual improvement that allows us to "Pass Thru" savings to our clients.  Clients who enroll their products in "Pass Thru" are guaranteed a 5% discount after a six month time period. It is our ability to capitalize on press utilization and innovation that helps generate enough cost savings to pass along to the client. In 2008 K S Tooling saved one customer in excess of $1,500,000.00 with this program.
