 KS Tooling is committed to delivering 100% on time defect-free product. With over 55 years of combined experience you can rest assured that our quality staff is up for whatever challenges your program may offer.
We have two separate quality labs in our facility. Quality Lab 1 is designated for new product development and Quality Lab 2 is designated for in-process inspection. All in-process inspection is programmed and executed on fully automated OGP SmartScopes.
The scopes enable us to inspect much higher volumes of parts in a much shorter period of time and they virtually eliminate human error.
We are familiar with and perform CPK, CMK, R&R, FAI, PPAP and FMEA studies and inspections and we are ISO9001: 2000 and ISO/TS16949: 2002 certified. |
