Our pilots are ground to have zero tolerance in the strip and we generally build a 3 plate tool. When part geometry necessitates a bridge stripper we always employ sprung stripper inserts and we use ISO DIN guide elements by Agathon exclusively. In short, when you deal with us you can feel confident that some of the most qualified and experienced toolmakers anywhere are building your tooling.
Our wire room is cutting edge. Our Charmilles 2030 twin wire is capable of cutting tolerances as small as .001" and because it employs 2 wires at the same time we are able to literally cut our wire time in half. All of our dies are quoted with perpetual maintenance so you don't have to worry about getting that phone call where you're asked for additional capital because some punches broke. On those rare occasions when we have a capacity issue in our tooling department we have developed strong business relationships with several global suppliers.
Keeping die design, die build and part production in-house results in an easier to manage and more robust project life cycle. Sometimes what looks good in a CAD drawing isn't practical to manufacture.
