At K S Tooling, we incorporate the age old fundamentals of tool and die making with the cutting edge sophistication of today's machine tools.
Engineering Our engineers work closely with die makers to manufacture tools that are not only robust, but also easily maintained. Designs are produced using industry standard software, and can be created to customer specific standards. Tool Build A tour through our facility includes a large tool room where dies are constructed via the industry's latest machine tools. We can also build the tooling offshore at one of our capable tooling vendors. Tool Assembly Our toolmaking approach is to replace all variables with constants. This is achieved by combining our carefully crafted die components with top level commercial items. We use Agathon ISO DIN guide elements exclusively.
